The Employee Relations Leader is responsible for partnering with our Restaurants and Leaders to provide support regarding Crew concerns (e.g. allegations of harassment discrimination retaliation and wage & hour violations). This role focuses on conducting fair unbiased and consistent end-to-end investigations and providing support for performance management.

Manage the end-to-end investigation process and assigned casework following all documentation reporting and confidentiality standards
