Accounts Payable Specialist

for a temp to hire opportunity with a stable construction company.

If you have high-volume AP experience and comfortable in a fast-paced environment this is a great opportunity.

Key Responsibilities for the Accounts Payable Specialist : Full-cycle AP, including 2-3 way matching and purchase ordersProcess up to 100 invoices per dayVendor reconciliations and account managementEnsure accuracy and timeliness in processing paymentsWork in a fast-paced environment, maintaining strong attention to detail Key Requirements for the Accounts Payable Specialist : 4+ years of high-volume full cycle AP experienceStrong Excel skills (vlookup / pivot tables)Experience with purchase orders and 2-3 way matchingBilingual in Spanish is preferredConstruction industry experience is a plusExcellent organizational and communication skills
