Doors to Freedom is seeking a compassionate and mission-driven Social Worker to join our team as a 2nd shift Residential Supervisor. This role is vital in providing a safe and supportive environment for the youth we serve.
Responsibilities include :
- Engaging with the residents throughout the shift to ensure safety and well-being
- Documenting behaviors, peer-to-peer interaction
- Assisting residents with evening routines
- Completing administrative duties as assigned

Compensation :
$43,000 Annual Salary - paid hourly
Responsibilities :
Administers prescribed medication for residents at scheduled times and over-the-counter medication as needed.Completes all tasks assigned by the Residential Director as stated in the Re sidential Checklist [RES32] .Assist the Residential Director with the coordination and completion of individualized room preparation to meet the welcoming room standards required by Doors to Freedom. (i.e. welcome poster, hygiene basket, etc.)Oversees the completion of scheduled and approved meal preparation and cleanup.Completes the Resident’s Daily Progress Note and Line of Sight [RES02] for every resident during each shift and ensures all staff complete all sections within the shift, but no later than 24 hours.Completes Contact Notes [PRG01] , as needed, for phone calls, incidents, or conversationsCompletes Behavior Incident Reports [PRG16] , as needed, for offenses earned by residents during the shift.Assist the On Call Director with the completion of the Critical Incident Report [PRG17], as needed.Notifies the on-call director about any injuries, offenses, or other incidents that occur during the shift.Enforces Doors to Freedom’s Policies as outlined in the Resident Manual and Staff Training Manual.Maintains sensitivity to residents’ socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds.Participates in Doors to Freedom’s Inclement Weather and Disaster Plan and follows assignments provided by the Executive Director or Operations Director.Participates in Doors to Freedom’s Quarterly All Staff Meetings.Participation in Residential Team Trainings.Fulfills other duties as assigned.Qualifications :
Strongly Preferred : College degree with a history of working with youthRequired : High school diploma or GED with one year of related work experienceMust be at least 21About Company
