About The Role :

As our Enterprise Sales Manager, you will lead and develop a team of Enterprise Account Executives for a fast-paced, high-growth company. Your leadership will have a direct impact on the growth of the Enterprise segment, the training and development of your team, and you'll be an integral part of Rippling's growth. This position reports to a Director of Enterprise Sales.

What You'll Do :

  • Manage and coach a team of Account Executives to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Monitor sales performance : pipeline health, pipeline progression, monthly forecasts, and bookings to ensure quota attainment.
  • Assist your team throughout their sales cycles, playing an active role to help the team in competing effectively and selling the value of Rippling
  • Ensure your team maintains accurate and up-to-date sales documentation in SFDC.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
  • Participate in hiring and interviewing process, as well as training and ramp-up of new team members
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, solution consulting, sales development,implementation, and customer experience teams to ensure successful client engagements, and foster a collaborative culture within the Enterprise organization.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings and positioning Rippling effectively in the market.
  • Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of process, efficiency and productivity

Qualifications :

  • BA / BS Degree
  • 3-5 years of experience managing successful SaaS sales teams, with AEs delivering $1M+ in ARR bookings
  • Proven track record in leading a team of AEs in consistently acquiring new Enterprise customers through outbound prospecting
  • Experience selling HCM software and or related products preferred.
  • Able to accurately forecast team performance on a monthly and quarterly time frame.
  • Able to manage develop talent to optimize performance
  • Motivated with a desire to learn and have a strong work ethic
  • Ability to thrive in a very fast paced environment

    This role will receive a competitive salary + benefits + equity. This team is on a 50 / 50 split. The salary for US-based employees will be aligned with one of the ranges below based on location; see which tier applies to your location here . A variety of factors are considered when determining someone's compensation–including a candidate's professional background, experience, and location. Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed below.

    310,000 - 340,000 USD per year(OTE All Tiers)
