Reason for coverage : Physician shortage

Call : yes, nightly and weekly when in town

Patient volume : TBD

Scope : Full scope, adults, clinic and call. Have an XI, but it would not be a requirement, but a plus. They do not have an assistant that could sit in on the procedures. Some Urologist are comfortable without having an assist, but some are not. If they wanted to use the robot, they would have to be comfortable not having an assist.

EMR : EPIC

Group / support : 1 other urologist and support staff

Requirements (boards, license) : AK license preferred, but will consider unlicensed
