Purchasing Agent Coral Springs

We invite full-time Purchasing agents to join our team in Coral Springs, FL to support our field technicians.

You will coordinate and shop pricing of all warehouse, truck and jobsite inventory for the purchase of inventory while maintaining the lowest cost possible without sacrificing inventory quality. Verify counts and prices on shipments; update pricing as items are placed in inventory system; maintain computerized PO system; maintain proper minimum / maximum stock levels as set by the President; match incoming supplier shipping tickets to invoices and submit to accounts payable on a daily basis; assist in product and material research for technicians, determine price and availability of products.

Supervise administration of warranty returns; maintain cyclical inventory counting, assist with counter and phone sales.

Physical Demands / Working Conditions – All Trades and Warehouse Departments To perform the duties of this job, you are regularly expected to sit, stand, walk, kneel, squat, stoop hands to finger, handle controls, hear, and talk. You must be able to reach with your hands and arms, climb ladders, and work in hot / cold environments such as crawl spaces. You will regularly lift 50+ pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. The work environment can vary depending on the season and scope of work – you will be expected to be outside throughout multiple seasons.
