Job description
A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their remote team.
Key Responsibilities
Contact insurance payors regarding non-payment or short payment on outstanding claims
Review denied claims and determine next steps for reprocessing
Work on accounts receivable aging reports for payors and patients
Required Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in medical billing and collections
Minimum 1 year of experience in accounts receivable and insurance payor requirements
High school diploma or equivalent qualification required
Experience working remotely
Available to work 8AM-5PM Eastern Time Zone
