Key Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with clients to support their mental health through product utilization
Manage customer inquiries related to eligibility, marketing materials, invoicing, and member support
Support implementations and customer operations by managing action items and client communications
Required Qualifications
At least 1 year of enterprise account management experience
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and independently
Strong empathy for customers and their success
Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
