Must-Have :
Experience with adult outpatient or acute care is required.
Minimum of 2 years of experience is necessary.
Two supervisory references are highly preferred for submission.
Description :
The therapist must have experience with adult patients in either outpatient or acute care settings.
A minimum of 2 years of experience is required.
The schedule includes working from Saturday to Tuesday.
There is no call requirement for this position.
Floating within the facility and scope of practice may be needed as necessary.
If one major holiday falls within the assignment period, the traveler is expected to work.
If two major holidays occur, the traveler is expected to work both.
If three major holidays occur, the traveler is expected to work two of them.
Major holidays include Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's.
Full compliance is required to start on time.
If not compliant on time, the start will be pushed back by two weeks.
Local candidates will be accepted at the same rate.
Return travelers must complete one successful assignment outside of the previous location before rebooking.
Candidates must be available to submit core items and schedule labs promptly after signing the contract.
