Mortgage Processor

A company is looking for a Mortgage Processor to handle loan processing tasks and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Verify, compile, and input / update mortgage loan application information

Review loan application files for completeness and compliance with standards

Submit mortgage loan applications for underwriting approval and manage follow-ups

Required Qualifications

Two or more years of loan processing experience or completion of Xinnix Training with a mentor

High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience overseeing junior loan processor duties, if applicable

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle detailed assignments

Organizational skills to prioritize workload effectively
