Location : Santa Cruz & Monterey Counties, CA

Job Type : Full-Time

Compensation : Competitive hourly wage ($26.00 – $32.00 / hr DOE) + $250 Trapping License Bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-site pest control services for residential and light commercial clients
• Inspect homes and structures to identify pest activity and areas of concern
• Document findings through diagrams, notes, and digital records
• Communicate treatment plans and preventative options with clients
• Coordinate daily service schedules and submit required documentation
• Estimate service costs and collect payments in the field
• Keep company-issued equipment and vehicles clean, stocked, and in good condition
