Job description

Were seeking a professional Customer Service Specialist to support our customers via phone, email, and chat. You will act as a point of contact to handle inquiries, resolve product or service issues, and provide a positive brand experience.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Respond to customer inquiries across multiple channels (phone, email, live chat)
  • Resolve product or service issues with empathy and professionalism
  • Maintain accurate and complete customer records in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with operations and technical teams to resolve escalated cases
  • Recommend solutions, product upgrades, or alternatives as needed
  • Support onboarding or training for new customers

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or GED; associates degree preferred
  • 2+ years in a customer service or client-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
