Position : Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA)

Schedule : 7 days on / 7 days off (8-hour shifts)

Employment Type : Full-Time Permanent

Location : Stanleytown, VA

As a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA), you’ll collaborate with a compassionate and supportive healthcare team dedicated to improving patient outcomes in post-acute care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide compassionate, high-quality patient care in post-acute facilities.
  • Conduct patient rounds, write orders, and manage therapeutic and diagnostic procedures.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and facility leadership.
  • Document patient encounters in EMR systems with dictation support.
  • Ensure compliance with facility and healthcare regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records, billing, and claims.

    • Education & Experience

  • 1+ year of NP / PA experience preferred (new grads encouraged to apply).
  • Background in Geriatrics, Internal Medicine, ICU, ER, Hospitalist, or General Practice is highly valued.
  • Current state NP / PA license and DEA certification required .
