Commercial Litigation Associate - LA (7-12+ years) (Los Angeles)

Offit Kurman, a growing full-service law firm, is seeking a litigation counsel level attorney with at least five years of commercial litigation experience to join our Los Angeles team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney seeking long-term career growth in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.

Position Details :

We are seeking candidates with strong defense-side litigation experience. While prior commercial litigation experience is preferred, it is not required. The ideal candidate will have :

• 7-12+ years of litigation experience
• Excellent legal research and writing skills
• Experience drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Ability to take and defend depositions and handle court appearances
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines
• Active California bar license

This position is based in downtown Los Angeles. After an initial period, a partial hybrid schedule may be considered.
