I opened my agency in October of 2024 after spending my entire career with State Farm, starting when I was just 18 years old. Coming from a State Farm family with my brother also serving as an agent this business has always been about more than a job; its about building something lasting with people you trust. Our team currently includes three members, and were a young, growing office with a strong emphasis on teamwork, energy, and shared success. Staying grounded in what matters is important to me, and Im actively involved with my church and a local special education program as part of that commitment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
