Ohio Licensed Clinical Pharmacist

A company is looking for a Clinical Pharmacist.

Key Responsibilities

Ensuring clinical accuracy and execution of patient prescriptions

Verification of hard copy and digital prescriptions

Supervision and execution of incoming and outgoing prescription transfers

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Doctorate in Pharmacy (PharmD)

Active Pharmacist license in good standing

Completion of a post-graduate year 1 residency (PGY1) and / or relevant experience preferred

Strong experience with Medication Therapy Management and comprehensive medication reviews

Ability to work Monday through Friday 9am to 5 : 30pm ET
