The College of Health and Wellness at NWHSU is excited to announce an opportunity to join our Radiologic Technology program as a full-time faculty member! This role is ideal for an experienced clinical professional who wants to share their real-world expertise in a teaching environment and make a meaningful impact on the next generation of healthcare providers.
As a member of our faculty, you will engage students through both in-person and online instruction, provide supportive feedback and mentorship, and help shape and enhance our curriculum using our state-of-the-art positioning lab. We're seeking a collaborative, student-focused educator who values innovation and excellence in healthcare education as we work toward JRCERT (Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology) accreditation.

This is a year-round, faculty position where academic rank and compensation will be determined by qualifications and experience.
Work Location : Bloomington, MN with flexibility to work 1-2 days per week remotely; must live local and be able to come to campus as needed
Course Assignments May Include : Radiologic Procedures I Lecture and Lab; Radiologic Procedures II Lecture and Lab; Principles of Exposure. Specific courses will be assigned within the department to best align with the expertise of each faculty member and the needs of the University.

Compensation :
$62,000-$65,000 (Instructor); $65,000-$68,000 (Assistant Professor); the rank of Associate Professor may be considered based on qualifications and experience, with salary determined by market data and internal equity.
Academic rank and compensation are determined by a combination of education, related professional experience, and internal equity considerations. NWHSU is committed to fair and equitable pay practices and does not base compensation decisions on gender or any other protected status.
