Global Product Manager – Diagnostics & Diabetes Adhesives (PSA & Medical Tapes)

Location : On-site – York, PA

We are representing a global leader in pressure-sensitive adhesives (PSA) and medical tapes , renowned for delivering high-performance bonding and coating technologies used across medical, diagnostics, and electronics industries.

The company’s Healthcare division specializes in skin-contact adhesive solutions for diabetes management , diagnostic devices , and wearable medical technologies — serving top-tier OEMs in the global healthcare space.

Position Summary

The Global Product Manager – Healthcare will drive the strategy, innovation, and commercial growth of the PSA and tape portfolio for diabetes and diagnostic applications . This role bridges technical capabilities with market needs, ensuring successful product development, positioning, and lifecycle management.

The position is based full-time on-site in York, PA, and requires a high degree of cross-functional collaboration across R&D, sales, and manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead product strategy across diabetes care, diagnostics, and wearable medical devices
  • Define market segmentation, competitive positioning, and value propositions
  • Drive new product development through the Stage-Gate (PDR) process
  • Manage product lifecycle, pricing strategy, and profitability
  • Prioritize and manage technical support requests (TSRs) and custom development projects
  • Partner with marketing and commercial teams to align go-to-market plans with brand and messaging strategy

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Master’s in Marketing preferred
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in product management , business development , or market development
  • Proven track record in launching / managing products in medical devices , diagnostics , or wearables
  • Experience working with OEMs, contract manufacturers, and suppliers in the healthcare materials value chain
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%;
