A K-12 school in Tappahannock, VA is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) for a contract position covering the current school year. This role involves providing comprehensive speech-language services to approximately 50 students on your caseload.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct speech and language assessments for students across K-12 grades.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to monitor progress and adjust interventions.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports in compliance with regulatory and district standards.
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute professional recommendations.
Qualifications and Experience :
Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) required.Experience working in school settings with K-12 populations preferred.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a caseload of approximately 50 students.Effective communication and collaboration skills.Additional Information :
