  • Key Responsibilities

  • Score big by obtaining and verifying credentialing info using the latest digital coolness, syncing with federal and state standards.
  • Keep compliance in check with slick application management and innovative primary source verification.
  • Lead the onboarding parade, integrating next-gen document requests and verification wizardry.
  • Be the tech trailblazer for provider onboarding and privileging, optimizing reviews with digital swagger.
  • Manage credentialing files and data systems like a boss, ensuring compliance with group delegation and audit milestones.
  • Orchestrate audits like a maestro, aligning with managed care delegated credentialing contracts like a pro.
  • Stay sharp with digital platforms, keeping privileging data current and expirable processes under control.
  • Utilize CAQH and other tech marvels to maintain accurate provider records and send out preemptive reminders for expiring credentials.
  • Bring data-driven excitement to the SVP of Compliance, delivering jaw-dropping board presentations on privileging.
  • Drive the charge on continuous improvement with strategic file reviews and policy development bravery.
  • Minimum Qualifications

  • Got an Associate's Degree or equivalent know-how? Awesome! A Bachelor's Degree is even better for those ready to lead transformative credentialing adventures.
  • Bring at least five years of rock-solid experience as a credentialing coordinator or specialist, with a knack for digital transformation.
  • Expertise in credentialing and privileging guidelines is essential, leveraging tech for accuracy and compliance like a pro.
  • Attention to detail and organizational wizardry to seamlessly manage digital and physical processes.
  • Thrive in the fast lane of a tech-driven world, showing your cool under pressure.
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset, prioritizing confidentiality and professional integrity.
  • Advanced in MS Office with a particular flair for Excel; mastering credentialing systems like a digital dynamo.
  • Top-notch communication skills for engaging exec-level stakeholders and championing change.
  • FQHC credentialing experience and payor enrollment expertise are your winning bonuses.
