Project Manager

$60 70 / hr, dependent on experience

This person will manage large projects in an industrial setting from start to finish. This will include assistance in writing contracts issued, managing subcontractors onsite, involvement with quoting and quotes received, ensuring the personnel are properly trained in safety, documentation of project, and maintaining spending costs. This role is about 90% paperwork and management. It is a bonus if the candidate is familiar with the installation of HVAC systems as that will be the first project they'll be assisting with.

Minimum 10 years' experience

Large Capital Project Management experience

SAP or other similar software

Paper machine knowledge

Experience overseeing HVAC installation experience

Autodesk Construction Cloud and Autodesk Vault
