Job description
A company is looking for a Pharmacist - Clinical Pharmacist Advisor Medicare.
Key Responsibilities
Support Medicare Part D members and providers with pharmacy benefits requests
Ensure accurate case setup and review clinical information for decision-making
Prepare documentation adhering to Medicare guidelines and departmental standards
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Active pharmacist license in good standing in the state of residence
Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or Pharm D required
Training required Monday to Friday from 9am - 5 : 30pm EST for 8 weeks
Must have a dedicated quiet workspace and wired internet with minimum speeds of 25 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload
Attendance and focus during entire shift are essential
