Position Overview :

Palo Alto County Health System (PACHS) is seeking a dedicated Family Practice Physician to join our hospital-employed practice. This opportunity involves working with a team of 3 physicians and 6 non-physician providers, delivering exceptional care to our community. Key Responsibilities :

• Provide comprehensive family practice care to patients of all ages.
• Admit patients to PACHS's 25-bed critical access rural hospital.
• Participate in a call schedule of 1 : 6 weekdays; weekends covered by contract service.
• Collaborate with specialty clinics in ENT, Cardiology, Gynecology, Psychiatry, Pulmonology, Ophthalmology, Orthopaedics, Surgery, and Urology.
• Utilize advanced imaging services including CT, MRI, Mammography, Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine Mobile Unit, Vascular Studies, and Bone Densitometry.
• Maintain accurate patient records using integrated system-wide electronic medical records, telemedicine, and teleradiology.
• Engage in continuous quality improvement and adhere to healthcare regulations.
