Technical and Instructional Specialist

Constellation, a leading energy company, is looking for a Technical and Instructional Specialist who is passionate about driving change in the energy sector through cutting-edge educational programs. This role is key in developing, updating, and delivering educational content and technical training to internal teams, partners, and clients in the areas of power, natural gas, renewable energy solutions, and energy management. The ideal candidate will combine energy industry expertise with exceptional instructional design skills to enhance our workforce's capabilities and support our commitment to sustainable energy solutions. Design and develop technical training materials and courses using instructional design methodologies and tools. Update and revise course content and teaching methodology to ensure compliance with industry regulations and technological advancements. Deliver training sessions to internal staff, stakeholders, and external clients both in-person and via digital platforms. Collaborate with energy experts and technical teams to ensure training material is accurate, comprehensive, and up-to-date. Assess the effectiveness of training programs and make iterative improvements based on feedback and analysis. Support the implementation of new e-learning technologies and methodologies within the organization. Maintain records of training activities and participant progress, and monitor the overall effectiveness of training programs. Strong knowledge of energy and utilities industry principles and technologies. Proficiency in instructional design software and e-learning platforms such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or similar. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to interpret complex information and teach it to others in an understandable way. Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
