The Marijuana Enforcement Tracking Reporting Compliance (METRC) Specialist oversees the METRC software, seed to sale data entry and accuracy related to the creating and destroying of batches, plant moves, growth phase changes, and harvest data. This position reports to the Cultivation Manager.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Log all data entries into METRC accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure the proper development of batches, tags, and labels.
• Perform repetitive data entry tasks related to strain analysis and / or crop registration.
• Maintain inventory of plant tags and notify the MOD when necessary.
• Train and educate team members across departments (primarily Cultivation) on SOPs related to METRC compliance.
