• Work 3x12 night shifts from 6 : 45 PM to 7 : 15 AM
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• No call requirements
• Must have 2 years Medical Surgical experience; Orthopedic experience strongly preferred
• Nevada RN license required prior to start
• BLS (AHA) certification required
• Provide care for 38 bed unit with all private rooms specializing in Medical Surgical with Orthopedic and Neurosurgery specialty
• Care for patients including total joint replacements, ortho-spine surgeries, elective cervical / lumbar / thoracic surgeries, fractures, traumas, and medical overflow patients
• RN to patient ratio of 1 : 5-6
• May be required to float to other departments based on competency level
• May be required to work major holidays and pick up additional shifts
• Must work 2 of the 3 major holidays (Eve Day = 1 holiday)
• Schedule varies based on department needs and may include weekends and holidays
