Responsibilities

Assess patients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' physical and mental health.

Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Set and achieve personal performance targets to drive success.

Educate patients and families on treatment goals and techniques.

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.

Utilize evidence-based practices to enhance treatment effectiveness.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.

Provide support and guidance to junior therapists and interns.

Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of therapy programs.

Engage in community outreach to promote occupational therapy services.

Experience / Qualifications

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.

Experience with evidence-based therapeutic interventions and treatment planning.

Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.

Ability to set and achieve personal performance targets.

Strong communication skills for patient and family education.

Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Experience in monitoring and evaluating therapy program effectiveness.

Proficiency in maintaining accurate patient records and documentation.

Experience in community outreach and promoting therapy services.
