• To be considered you should :
• Make a professional presentation and have a "make it happen" type of persona
• Enjoy working as a contributing member of a litigation team
• Have paralegal certification (although noncertified paralegals with prior relevant experience are highly encouraged to apply)
• Have prior personal injury experience or a true desire to become the best of the best in a plaintiff environment
