Supplier Change Control

Job Description

Johnson Service Group (JSG) is currently looking for a Supplier Change Control Specialist who ideally has Veeva Vault experience and strong Excel skills. This is a contract hire opportunity with one of the world’s premier research-intensive biopharmaceutical company and is located in West Point PA. Must be local, will allow hybrid after training.

Pay $52.25 / hour

Responsibilities

The Supplier Development & Performance Management (SD&PM) Change Portal Team centrally receives and tracks all supplier change notifications for external direct material suppliers to support global External Supplier Change Control. For each change notification, perform an impact assessment to identify the change level, impacted manufacturing sites and impacted products. Create a change record in the global electronic business system for logging, tracking and communicating change notifications associated with suppliers. Additional project work may include verification of supply chain data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s preferably in Scientific, Engineering, or related field. Minimum Experience and Skills
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Technical, Quality, Procurement, Manufacturing Operations, or related Business Operations working with products or processes is required
• Demonstrated Quality, Technical and / or Manufacturing experience in the areas of pharmaceutical, medical device, and / or vaccine manufacturing or packaging
• Ability to work within a matrix organization and leverage expertise from other functions and departments
• Knowledge of cGMPs, technical writing, data management collection and analysis
• Possess excellent interpersonal, inclusion, and communication skills
• Appreciates and respects diversity, cultures, and norms
• Proficiency with MS Excel
• Six Sigma Greenbelt desired
