Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPC) | Texas

Job Summary

We are hiring licensed therapists in Texas to join our remote telehealth program. This position focuses on providing accessible mental health support for adults and families, all while giving you the flexibility to work from home. You’ll have the chance to make a real impact while enjoying a predictable, structured schedule.

Schedule & Salary

  • Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 9 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM
  • $100,000 – $110,000 annually
  • Full benefits package

Key Duties

  • Provide remote therapy sessions tailored to each client
  • Create and manage treatment plans with measurable goals
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance client outcomes
  • Document services accurately in compliance with standards
  • Engage in ongoing professional development

    • Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy
  • Active Texas license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
  • At least two years of therapy experience
  • Comfortable delivering care virtually
