About the Role : As a Project Manager at Hexin Machinery USA, Inc., you will be responsible for planning, executing, and completing projects to ensure on-time delivery, within budget, and meeting expected quality standards.

Responsibilities :

• Develop project plans, outlining project goals, scope, deliverables, schedule, and budget.
• Lead project teams, assign tasks, and supervise team members' work.
• Coordinate resources, including manpower, materials, and budget, to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify, and address issues and risks that could impact project timelines.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members, providing timely project status updates.
• Manage project scope changes, ensuring changes are appropriately approved and positively impact project goals.
• Ensure the quality of project deliverables meets expected standards through quality control and testing activities.
• Resolve internal team conflicts and promote collaboration and cooperation within the team.
• Prepare project reports, documents, and summaries to document project progression and outcomes.
• Continuously evaluate project performance and derive lessons learned to improve future project management.

Qualifications :

Required Skills : Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills : Familiarity with project management software and methodologies.
