We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resource Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support for various HR functions ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures and fostering a positive work environment. This role requires a strong understanding of HR principles excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
Qualifications Required :
US Citizenship is required for this defense related roleBachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field and 2-3 years of experience in human resources or a related fieldProficient in HR software and systems including HRIS and benefits administration platformsExcellent communication interpersonal and problem-solving skillsStrong analytical and organizational skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive informationEducation Preferred
SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferredResponsibilities
HR Administration :
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and filesProcess employee data including new hires terminations and benefits changesAssist with HR-related projects and initiatives as needed Benefits Administration :Assist with benefits administration including enrollment changes and terminationsCommunicate benefits information to employees and provide support with benefits-related inquiriesCommunication and Training :
Communicate HR policies procedures and updates to employees and managementEmployee Relations :
Provide guidance and support to employees on company policies procedures and benefitsInvestigate and resolve employee complaints and concerns in a fair and timely mannerFoster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement and retentionRecruitment and Hiring :
Assist with the recruitment process including job postings interviews and candidate selection Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure compliance with company hiring policies and proceduresCompliance and Risk Management :
