A leading luxury homebuilder in Atlanta is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee high-end, ground-up residential projects from pre-construction through closeout. This is an opportunity to join a well-established, design-focused builder known for delivering bespoke estates, premium custom builds, and architect-driven residential projects across Atlantas most prestigious neighborhoods.

What Were Looking For

To be considered, you must have :

• Experience managing luxury or high-end custom homes (no production home backgrounds will be considered)
• A strong track record of longevity with past employers
• Proven success overseeing ground-up projects in the $1M+ range
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, client communication, and architect relationships
• Strong understanding of residential construction sequencing, finishes, quality control, and high-end detailing
