The Fire Sales Representative supports the unique needs of the firefighting community by delivering exceptional customer service to Fire-specific accounts and individual customers. This role is centered on building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with customers, understanding their operational needs, and ensuring a seamless experience across all touchpoints. The Fire Sales Representative collaborates closely with the Fire Program Manager and internal departments to meet customer expectations and support the long-term success of the Fire product line.
