Medical Biller – Temp-to-Hire | Phoenix, AZ | $23–$25 / hr A respected healthcare organization in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a skilled Medical Biller for a temp-to-hire opportunity. Position Summary The Medical Biller will be responsible for processing and submitting claims, resolving billing discrepancies, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA and industry standards.   • Submit and track medical claims using billing software
  • Review and correct coding errors (CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS)
  • Communicate with insurance providers to resolve denials and delays
  • Respond to patient billing inquiries professionally and promptly
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of medical billing experience preferred
  • Familiarity with medical coding and billing procedures
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Compensation and Benefits
