Responsibilities : Provide Tier 2 / 3 support for VMware infrastructure, including ESXi hosts, vCenter, and virtual machines. Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity using tools like vRealize Operations or similar. Troubleshoot VMware-related issues including VM performance, host connectivity, and virtual networking. Perform regular health checks, maintenance tasks, and patch management for VMware environments. Respond to incidents and service requests related to virtualization platforms in a timely and efficient manner.
