About the Role

Appfire is looking for a Vice President of Channels, Americas to accelerate Appfire's revenue growth by expanding and enhancing our partner-led go-to-market strategy in the Americas region. You will report to the EVP, Global Channel & Field Operations and be a member of the Channel Leadership Team and Senior Leadership Team at Appfire.

The VP of Channel, Americas you will be responsible for leading and expanding our partner-driven revenue growth across the regions of North and South America. This is a Senior Leadership position that will build, lead, and develop a team of Channel Managers, each of whom will own dedicated territories and books of business composed of Solution Partners, GSIs, and Resellers. The right candidate will bring deep experience with partners in the Atlassian and / or Microsoft ecosystems, and will devise goals, strategies, and approaches to accelerate indirect sales in their region(s) of focus, always maintaining a value-added, partner-first approach to their efforts.

You will travel 25-50% of the time, which will include partner and customer visits, industry events, and executive meetings. You should expect 2-3 trips within the United States, annually.

Your everyday tasks will include :

  • Accelerate growth of a multi-regional book of business, made up of partners.
  • Hiring and developing a team of diverse, multi-regional Channel Managers
  • Rigorous performance tracking / reporting with a focus on predictable, efficient revenue growth

Skills and experience you'll need to succeed :

  • Revenue leadership ($50M+) in SaaS
  • Experience leading partner-driven GTM models at scale
  • Working knowledge of ISV success programs in Atlassian and / or Microsoft ecosystems
