Bookkeeper

Location : Tamarac, FL. (On-Site)

Salary Range : $45,000-$52,000

What the Bookkeeper will do :

  • Accounts Payable : 3-way matching, processing invoices, vendor communication
  • Accounts Receivable : Maintain A / R aging by applying cash for payment receipts, reconciliation of RMAs, and other related cash inflow activities
  • Provide support for month end close
  • Administrative : Maintain the stock of office supplies, manage incoming calls, scanning invoices, etc.

    • What the company needs in the Bookkeeper :

  • 2-5 + years of accounting or administrative experience.
  • Excellent attention to detail, ability to multi task, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with ERP systems and excel.
