MUST :
Eligible for Public Trust
2+ years of experience working in a customer service / warehouse ordering and logistic support
Experience with timecard administration and scheduling
Experience handling order requests, order fulfillment and filing appropriate orders with warehouse
Strong computer skills
Experience supporting work for Federal client is a plus
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Provide high level customer service and support
Able to work well with a variety of team members
Strong attention to details and good organization skills
High school Diploma or GED is required
DUTIES :
The ideal candidates will work with clients and clinicians to take and process orders and assure they are properly filed with warehouses for order completion
Candidates will support agents with procedures and process for complex transaction
Ensuring agents understand and comply with all call center objectives, performance standards and policies
Identifying operational issues and suggesting possible improvements
Preparation of reports and analyzing data to assist management and clients
Provide assistance with tasks such as guiding the clinician through the remote order entry system, conducting model changes, device registration, making serial number changes and telehealth service entry procedures
