Description :

This position is responsible for assessing health needs and nursing care requirements.

The role includes the delivery of nursing care for all assigned clients.

The nurse will assess client health needs and nursing care requirements.

They will direct assessments conducted by other nursing staff.

Care plans for assigned clients will be developed, directed, and coordinated.

The nurse will evaluate the effectiveness of the plan of care.

They will ensure responsible care is provided to clients.

Nursing actions must be implemented according to established standards of practice.

Competence in nursing care across various age groups is required.

Experience with IVs, wound vacs, and central lines is highly preferred.

MI LTC fingerprinting is needed during compliance.
