Key Responsibilities of the Interventional Radiology Technologist :

Assist physicians with interventional radiology procedures using imaging guidance.

Operate and maintain IR imaging equipment, ensuring proper function.

Prepare and monitor patients before, during, and after procedures.

Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and patient care.

Adhere to safety protocols and radiation regulations.

Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide high-quality patient care.

Requirements :

ARRT certification or registry eligibility in Radiography (IR specialty preferred).

New York State licensure (if applicable).

Minimum 1–2 years of recent interventional radiology experience.

BLS and ACLS certifications required.

Strong technical, patient care, and communication skills.
