What You'll Be Doing

• You will be involved in a wide range of projects including Nature-based Solutions, Sustainable Drainage (SuDS) Design and large scale civil engineering projects, including Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects.
• BWB adopt a truly open, collaborative atmosphere where you will be encouraged to find solutions to issues arising on your own projects taking on board the advice, skills and expertise of others across our many disciplines and supported through our graduate training scheme.
• As an integral member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering schemes of varying size, with support from a dedicated project manager, and the team around you. This includes devising appropriate solutions, producing drawings, authoring reports and interpreting calculations / software outputs.
• You will be highly organised, enthusiastic to learn, and will be curious with the aim of becoming technically independent. The role will be focused on servicing both internal and external clients as part of a delivery team and under the direction of a Team Leader.
• The ideal candidate will be dynamically seeking personal development, willing to accept challenges and thrive within a growing and diverse engineering environment.
