Temporary Data Entry / Excel Specialist

We are seeking two detail-oriented Temporary Data Entry / Excel Specialists to support a short-term timekeeping and data management project. The ideal candidates will have strong Excel skills, experience with pivot tables, and a proven track record in accurate data entry and time management tasks.

Responsibilities :

• Reconcile existing time entries to ensure proper categorization for three types of security personnel : standard, fireguard, and law enforcement.
• Generate and analyze Excel reports to identify discrepancies and create pivot tables summarizing time entries.
• Accurately enter the correct employee time data into the time management system.
• Adjust and correct hours as needed to ensure accurate records.
• Assist with additional data projects, including creating Excel backups of invoices, performing calculations using SUM, SUMIF, and sorting data.
• Maintain data integrity and organization throughout the project.
