Education : Doctorate Required, Field of Study : Board Certified DDS or DMD

Experience : Minimum 4 years of experience in a fast-paced environment

Certifications & Licenses : Current license to practice as a Dentist in Oklahoma. License to prescribe narcotics with DEA number.
