Staff Accountant

Accounting Position

Essential Duties And Responsibilities :

• Prepare and review financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP standards and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures.
• Compile and analyze financial information to prepare journal entries.
• Recording financial transactions and ensuring all entries are accurate.
• Assist preparing for annual audits and tax return preparation.
• Accounting, investment reconciliation, and financial reporting for The Moody Endowment.
• Support documentation and processing of grants approved by The Moody Endowment.
• Grant activity reporting and reconciliation.
• Other duties as needed by the CFO.
