Salary and Benefits

• The base salary for this position is $90,000 - $105,000
• Monthly commission structure : $1,000 once you hit 7th referral and $1,000 for each referral after that
• Health Insurance
• Paid Time Off – 3 weeks in year one
• Mileage Reimbursement – 50 cents per mile
• 401k retirement after 90 days of employment
