State Licensed Senior Medical Director

A company is looking for a Senior Medical Director of Geriatric Psychiatry Services.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee psychiatric teams providing telehealth care to older adults with serious mental illness, substance use disorders, and dementia

Design and implement a nationally consistent model of value-based geriatric psychiatry

Drive quality improvement and monitor key quality and outcome indicators

Required Qualifications

MD or DO, Board Certified in Psychiatry (Geriatric Psychiatry preferred)

8+ years of experience in caring for older adults with complex psychiatric and neurocognitive disorders

Experience leading clinicians or programs in behavioral health, telehealth, or value-based organizations

Strong clinical judgment and operational insight

Passion for advancing integrated, tech-enabled mental healthcare for older adults
