• 4–6 weeks of paid on-the-road training with a certified mentor
• $300 orientation pay added to your first solo check
• $0.56 CPM on all miles once training is complete
• Average solo pay around $1,300-$1,400 per week
• 1,600–2,200 miles per week
• 100% no-touch freight with roughly 50% drop and hook
• Full benefits after 30 days including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), and PTO
• Rider and pet policy available after upgrading to solo
