Job Title : Collections Specialist

Pay : $19.00 / hour

Location : Tempe, AZ | Work From Home (WFH) after 2 months of training

Schedule : 6 : 00 AM 10 : 00 PM (8-hour shift with mandatory OT at the end of the month)

Experience : 2 years of Collections experience REQUIRED must be clearly listed on your resume

Job Description :

Responsible for collecting and following up on delinquent auto loan accounts in a high-volume dialer environment while also handling manual collection efforts.

Key Responsibilities :

Maintain positive customer relationships while effectively resolving account issues

Deliver top-tier customer interactions focused on achieving results

Identify, evaluate, and resolve delinquency reasons

Negotiate account resolutions and payment arrangements

Meet company performance and productivity standards

Conduct skip tracing as needed

Manage and reduce delinquency for assigned accounts

Ideal Candidate :

2+ years of collections experience REQUIRED (Must be listed on resume)

Motivated to exceed goals and performance expectations

Excited about earning extra income through overtime

Requirements :

High School Diploma or GED

Successful completion of a criminal background check & drug screening

Two verifiable employment references
