Job Description
Support the Facility Security Officer in managing and maintaining compliance with federal and contract-specific security regulations.
Prepare and maintain security documentation in alignment with Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) standards.
Assist with audits, investigations, and inquiries from government agencies.
Coordinate and process personnel and facility security clearances, access requests, and visit authorizations.
Conduct employee security briefings, debriefings, and awareness training programs.
Review and help develop security plans, procedures, and classification guidance.
Lead internal security inspections and support incident investigations.
Serve as Alternate Contractor Program Security Officer (ACPSO) for multiple programs.
Respond to off-hour building alarms and support classified meetings and program-specific security needs.

The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial security or related field.
Working knowledge of NISPOM, ICDs, and DoD 5205.07 Manual.
Facility Security Officer certification through CDSE preferred.
Current Secret clearance (or higher), with investigation within the last 6 years.
Proficiency in security systems such as DISS and e-QIP.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
